Exchange Policy

At Sneaker Sage, we’re committed to delivering 100% quality sneakers and ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with an exchange. Once your request is approved, the item will be shipped back to our Cape Town warehouse, and a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as the exchange has been processed.

Please note that we only offer exchanges and do not issue refunds. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.
